RCO is looking for a Press Brake Operator who can Set Up projects in a fast paced manufacturing plant. 

Brake press setup can consist of setting up jobs to run.  In our low volume/hi-mix plant changes can be made everyday.

Good communication and interaction is necessary to work with other teams and groups.  The Brake Press Operator will working with our CMM room to get buy offs for each project.

Other hands on skills needed:

• Fabrication of parts to fit gage/ tooling.
• Metal work grinding metal finishing

Candidate Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience (brake press set up/ operator)
• Fabrication (required)
• Blueprint reading (required)
• Cad reading (required)
• GD&T (required)
• Tools (required)

Soft Skills:

• Must be organized positive attitude.

Additional skills that are helpful but not required:

• Welding,
• Experience with MES systems,
• qualifying and processing parts.
